Rules and Deposit Requirements

Check
Check in on day of arrival is at 3 PM. Check out on day of departure is at 10 AM. Weekly rentals are on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
Must be 25 years of age to rent.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT
No pets in condo please.
$250 damage deposit. $100 within 10 days of reservation to hold unit. I will term out payments over several months if you desire.
$120 fee for cleaning,linens & parking will be charged in addition to total rent
11% sales / lodging tax will be added to the total bill
Balance of rent plus cleaning/linen fee and all taxes due 30 days prior to arrival date or reservation may be forfeited
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will receive full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all advance payments.
